Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Skin Barrier Moisturizing Cream is a cushiony daily moisturizer for dry skin. Apply an even layer to the face morning and night after cleansing and toning, avoiding the eye area. It moisturizes and supports the skin barrier; it does not treat breakouts or skin conditions.

What is in it

Unlike the Ceramidin mask, which names one ceramide, this cream's ingredient list names five (Ceramide NP, NG, NS, AS and AP) together with cholesterol, panthenol, shea butter and glycerin. These are the same kinds of lipids and moisturizers that make up the skin's own barrier. Dr.Jart+ says the cream strengthens the barrier, moisturizes and boosts elasticity.
